Hey there! We love to keep things fun and exciting, but when it comes to non-defective products of an intimate nature, we can't accept exchanges or returns, unless they happen to be defective upon arrival. Safety first, right? 😊

Defective Products

If a product is found to be defective, please notify us within 10 days of receiving the item to initiate the process for obtaining a product return form. Additionally, kindly record a brief video explaining the issue with the defective product; this will assist us in identifying the problem. In some cases, the issue may be related to products with a travel lock. We can promptly help resolve such issues.

Subsequently, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
